    From as early as 1966, the family perfected their craft of producing exceptional tree fruits. In 2009, this tradition became focused on the art of growing premium grapes.   • Our Reds

    All estate grown grapes and they undergo similar start to the red wine cycle. Grapes are cold soaked for 24-36 hrs then fermented on skins. The maceration time can vary from a minimum of 10 days to 18 days. After alcoholic fermentation and grapes are pressed off skins, they undergo 100% malolactic fermentation and then aged in French barrels for a minimum of 12 months.

    Manuel | $26.99

    This particular wine still holds true to blending a fruit forward easy to drink red wine but we upped the sophistication on this wine by aging in a select amount of French oak. The wine still has the red berries, raspberry notes you enjoy along with complementing notes of vanilla and faint nuances of cedar. Smooth supple tannins with a nice round and balanced finish with tastes of plum and cherries to round out the palate. Cellar 4-7 years.

    Malbec | $32.99

    This wine made from 100% Malbec grapes has floral notes with unique aromas of blueberry, white pepper and candy floss. This varietal has pleasant fruit expressions with smooth tannins, is medium bodied with subtle notes of vanilla and caramel to finish. Cellar 5-7 years.

    Syrah | $33.99

    This medium bodied wine has enticing hints of floral and lavender with white pepper notes. Blackcurrants are complemented by a soft touch of vanilla and anise. Cellar 5-7 years.

    Merlot | $29.99

    This Fruit forward wine is loaded with aroma of blackberry, cherry and hints of plum with accompanying notes of vanilla and anise. The soft tannins and long linger fruit finish with the light accompanying notes of oak make this a well balanced wine in flavour and structure which makes this wine easily approachable. Made with 100% Merlot grapes, cellar 4-7 years.

    Quarteto Tinto (Bordeaux Blend) | $42.99

    This full bodied wine with smooth velvety tannins consists of blackcurrant, blueberry and jammy notes that is accompanied by hints of cigar, black pepper, spice and vanilla with subtle nuances of plum and prune, This very lush wine has a long lingering fruit and oak flavour on the palate.
    69% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12.5% Malbec, 12.5 Merlot and 6% Cabernet Franc. Cellar 5-7 years.

    Cabernet Franc | $32.99

    A bigger red wine with complex fruit aromas of raspberry jam, plums cherry with soft accompanying oak,  vanilla and pepper tones. Smooth tannins with a hint of spice, caramel and toffee to round the palate at the finish. Cellar 5-7 years.

    Cabernet Sauvignon | $39.99

    Lush aromas of great spice and red pepper along with hints of cherry, blackberry, toffee and vanilla. A rich aftertaste of cedar oak and caramel finishes off this full bodied wine with big tannins meant for aging. Peaking in 5-6 years, and will continue to age gracefully for up to 10 years.

    Portao (Port Style) | $24.99

    Made with Merlot grapes and spirits for fortification. ($3.00 Tasting Fee) Aroma of spice and anise and lots of ripe fruits of plum, blackcurrant with soft underlying tones of herbs (fennel, cloves). Full bodied Port Style aged in neutral barrels for 4 years. The flavours of vanilla, chocolate and tobacco box come on the palate with an eloquent balance. Cellar for 10+ years.

    Alexandrino Reserve (Syrah) | $33.99

    This big red has floral and spice notes of white pepper with anise, plum and black cherries finishing with hints of strawberry jam. These premium grapes were hand picked from selected lots and aged in 100% new French oak barrels. This full bodied reserve has bigger expressions all around. Cellar 6-9 years, Enjoy with your favourite dinner or a rich dessert.

    Alfredo Reserve (Merlot) | $50.00

    This big red has flavours of toasted oak, black currents, cherry and blackberries with spice plum on the finish. These premium grapes were hand picked from selected lots and aged in 100% new French oak barrels. Tis full bodied reserve has bigger expressions all around. Cellar 6-9 years. Enjoy with dark chocolate, specialty cheese or your favourite dinner.

    Portao Da Adega Branco (White Port Style) | $24.99

    Traditional Portuguese style blend of Moscat and Gewurztraminer grapes and spirits for fortification. A rich wine with flavours of ripe pears, honey apricots and apples. Subtle hints of floral and spice highlight this complex wine. This wine is full bodied with a creamy structure with natural residual sugar from the grapes which give this wine a great long complex finish.

    Viognier | $24.99

    Grass, floral, citrus, and peach notes dominate the aroma of this wine. Charming mid palate of nectarine and a gentle touch of musk. This wine finishes dry with an exquisite lingering effect of citrus rinds. A mouth-watering finish, this wine is dry and crisp.

    Riesling | $26.99

    This off-dry Riesling has stunning aromas of green and Macintosh apples, grapefruit, and mango with a hint of papaya. Medium bodied, this wine finishes crisp and clean with a slight hint of sweetness and lingering flavours of pear and floral spice.

    Pinot Gris | $24.99

    An alluring bouquet of peaches, apricots and apples with a touch of grass and citrus, highlight this wine. This light to medium bodied wine enhances the palate with subtle hints of honey and tropicals and finishes clean and smooth.

    Felicidade | $23.99

    Fresh citrus zest with accompanying floral and tropical notes with soft hints of herbs, pears and peaches. Finishes clean, crisp and balanced with delicate residual apple notes. Made from a selected blend of premium white grapes.

    Rose | $24.99

    An off dry rose, this wine has welcoming aromatic notes of red berries with a radiant fruity finish. Beautiful aromas of raspberry, cherry, and blackcurrants lead this wine to complement any meal or to enjoy on a hot summer day.
